How we go about it
- We use sustainable qualities such as organic cotton / ecovero Viscose etc..
- When each batch of fabric arrives at the company, color, weight and shrinkage checks are done and if necessary adjusted in the cutting program.
- We use the Assyst program.
- After the reaction of each piece of fabric is tested, the patterns are adjusted if necessary and prepared for production.
- The fabrics are checked again during cutting.
- There is checking during printing and embroidery, etc..
- Intermediate checks take place during production.
- Each product is checked according to the AQL 2.5 > 4.5 standard and is performed by our 6-member checking team
